Shipping & Handling ...
All purchases are charged a flat rate $6.00 for USPS Priority Mail shipping and handling, no matter how many products are ordered.

Most orders are shipped the next business day when purchase is made by credit card.

Check/Money Order purchases are prepared for shipping immediately, and held until payment is received.

A link to your free download of purchases will be available in your "My Account" area as soon as credit card funds are verified. If you have purchased a product by check or money order your free download will be available the same day your check clears / order ships.

Return Policy ...
These products consist of recorded media and/or CD-ROM data, and due to the potential for easy copying, general returns are not accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exchanges available on defective media only for same product.
